Held at the Cyrel® Customer Technology Center in Wilmington, Delaware, our on-request Cyrel® training programs are designed to help you increase your technical knowledge and assist you in consistently producing high-quality Cyrel® analog and digital plates processed thermally or in solvent.
We offer several on-request Cyrel® training programs, as well as custom-designed workshops, to meet your needs. On-request Cyrel® training programs are available to Cyrel® customers free of charge. For those who are not Cyrel® customers, the cost is $1,100 per person.

Advanced Cyrel® Platemaking Workshop
This two-day platemaking workshop, which can be tailored for your company’s specific needs, covers the fundamentals of imaging line and screen designs for all Cyrel® platemaking systems—analog, digital, and Cyrel® FAST.
It is designed for plate makers new to flexography, those who want to improve their platemaking skills, or others who would like a better understanding of the platemaking process.
Modules for this on-request workshop, which is conducted in both classroom and platemaking environments, include:

Flexo Technical Seminar
This two-day, comprehensive seminar is designed for the industry professional who is interested in gaining an understanding of key aspects of the flexographic process, including the latest advancements in flexo technology.
Consisting of lectures and demonstrations, this on-request seminar includes the following topics:

Flexographic Process Optimization
In this comprehensive, hands-on course, which is available upon request, attendees will learn how to implement the near neutral calibration process using G7 methodology.
Attendees are encouraged to bring an IT8.1 7/4 test target (printed under normal repeatable press conditions) for review. Our experienced instructors will train you on how to measure the target, analyze the data, optimize and create curves for your digital plates, and create ICC color profiles to match digital proof to press.
